Delivery information

1/ SHIPMENT DATE AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped from ETONSTORELUND.COM in Lund, Sweden - Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed latest on following Tuesday morning.

Orders with available merchandise are shipped within the following two weekdays as order placement from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday).

Approximate delivery in Sweden and Scandinavia are 2-5 days, Europe 3-6 days, Rest of the world 4-8 days.

2/ SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from ETONSTORELUND.COM specifying the tracking number. Clients can trace the shipments on the DHL website: www.dhl.com

Go to www.dhl.com, choose your Country and enter the Tracking Number in the field provided for “tracking” shipment. The web page will change and show the exact movements of the parcel as recorded by the courier.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by DHL and/or ETONSTORELUND.COM.

3/ ORDER UPDATE

Clients can obtain their order(s) status by sending an E-mail to customerservice@etonstorelund.com.

The E-mail must include the first and last name under which the order was placed, the shipping address and the Order Number.

4 / SHIPMENT FEES

The shipment fee is depending on the size of your order in combination to what country you are ordering from. Please see information when you choose your country. In general you will have FREE SHIPPING all over the world when buying 3 shirts depending on where you want the goods to be sent.

In Sweden you will have FREE SHIPPING if you choose following way of delivery:
Service Point - FREE SHIPMENT when buying 1 shirt or more.
DHL Express - FREE SHIPMENT when buying 3 shirts or more. DHL Express are DAYTIME delivery, please choose an address where DHL can leave the goods and have somebody to sign the proof of delivery during daytime from 09.00 to 17.00 ( i.e your office ).

Outside Sweden you will have FREE SHIPPING when buying 3 shirts or more. 

5/ SHIPPING INSURANCE

ETONSTORELUND.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

6/ AUTURIZES SHIPMENT DELIVERY

Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. ETONSTORELUND.COM shipments are carefully packaged in a box with a transparent seal and official ETONSTORELUND.COM adhesive tape around the entire box.

If for any reason, the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the local DHL office and contact ETONSTORELUND.COM at customerservice@etonstorelund.com.

7/ SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY

If for any reason, an order from ETONSTORELUND.COM is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Sweden at the Client’s expense including the cost of the return shipment and re-import fees. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

8/ VALUE ADDED TAX

Swedish VAT of 25% is included on all merchandise prices. Before you “Checkout” you will find the total VAT amount or other taxes / import fees on your order related to merchandise and freight.

Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of the European Union (USA excluded) are subject to import fees based on the Client’s home country regulations.
